The girls pad away to search for Kenai in some other area. I yawn and rub my eyes, but I stop when Koda turns to me and asks me where we could search.
I look around, "How about the forest? Maybe he wandered off to find a cave to sleep in?"

Ken'ichi looks around and says, "How about the forest? Maybe he wandered off to find a cave to sleep in?"
"OK," I agree.
I notice Ken'ichi is sleepy. I just shrug as we pad into the forest.

Koda and I searched a few caves here and there in the forest, but most of them were empty or we had an angry bear growling at us to get out of their cave.
"We're...not having such luck...ugh..."
I fell to the ground exhausted and sleepy, even my legs have fallen asleep. I give a big yawn, but I try to get up, but I can barely keep my focus...I keep seeing four arms...
"Koda...you go ahead and search for your brother, I'm staying right here and take a nap..."
Oh man am I so out of energy, I don't think I can move from this spot...I can barely keep my eyes open...

We search in a lot of caves but find nothing. "We're...not having such luck...ugh..." Ken'ichi says. "Koda...you go ahead and search for your brother, I'm staying right here and take a nap..."
"Ok," I agree.
I sniff around and try to find Kenai's scent. I found it! I follow it. It seems like I'll never get there. But eventually it leads me back to the river where we were before. I see Kenai there.
"Hey Kenai!" I call.
Kenai looks around. "There you are, Koda."
"Kenai, how long were you here?"
"Practically all morning."
I fall down. It was about noon now. If Kia and Kirchy had just stayed there they would have found him! Oy. I stand up and pad over to Kenai.
"I'm going to go get my friends," I tell him.
Kenai nods. I follow Kia and Kirchy's scent to the berry bushes. I pad up to them.
"I found Kenai!"

"Great! Let me guess he is ok!" I say anoied and sarcasticly. "I told you!" I eat some berries. Why did we have to look for him anyway he is a mr. know it all! I growl.

I look shocked. "He is not! You don't even know him. What'd he ever do to you."
"I don't know," Kirchy shrugged.
I sigh softly, "Let's go get Ken'ichi then go back to Kenai, ok?"

"No! I am not going near that Mr. know it all!" I say and run to where I find Ken'ichi's scent. I lie next to him and fall asleep.

I get tears in my eyes. "Kenai is not a Mr. No It all!" I cry.
Kirchy puts her arm around me and tries to comfort me. "I know," she reasures me. "Kia is just a little confused. I'm sure she didn't mean it."
I sniffle, "Yeah, you're probaley right. Let's go find Ken'cihi."
Kirchy and I go to where I last saw him. We find Kia laying by him. Kirchy nudges Kia while I nudge Ken'ichi.

I fall asleep where I collapse from the lack of energy...
=DREAM=
Mother...Father...Kamali...Why...
I find myself in a dark place, I hear a roar of pain behind me. I turn around to see my mother, covered in cuts and blood here and there...dead...
I hear another roar of pain behind me. I turn around to see Kamali, my big brother...Spear on his side, back, and on his chest...a trail of his blood from his body to me...
I hear a third roar of pain to my left. I turn to see my father, spear right through his chest. An instant kill...
The scar on my body begins to seep out blood, and I collapse from the pain...I weakly look at my father to see humans prying something from his body...they were kneeling down in front of him, doing something to his neck...I then hear a sickening sound, like something being torn off...
I black out...
=END OF DREAM=
I come to by a sudden nudge on my side...I'm still pretty low on energy, awfuly tired, as I only had a short time of sleep...
I open my eyes to see Koda, trying to get me to wake up...I rub my eyes lazily and sit up, still numb and tired...I look down at the ground and I see a tear falling to the ground...my tears...

Ken'ichi wakes up. I see he is cryong.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
I look at Kia and see her growl at us. "Kirchy what do you want!?" She yells.
"Let's go back to Kenai," Kirchy replies.

I rub my head and dry my face of the tears, then I hear Koda asking me what's wrong.
But before I could answer, Kia shouts, "Kirchy what do you want!?"
"Let's go back to Kenai," Kirchy suggest.
I sigh at Kia's aggresive attitude, but it'll slowly go away. In the meantime, she gots to adjust. I dry my face of any tears that I might've missed and stand up, trying to keep up with the other. But I stumble to the sides and keep my eyes open...barely. I'm still sleepy, I barely slept today and I didn't sleep last night. I give a big yawn and try to keep up, but it's no use...I fall to the ground, tuckered out.
"Ugh...Sorry, I'm so sleepy and tired...can't get up..." I say to my friends, but I try to stand up and keep myself awake, I managed to the whole night...

Ken'ichi tries to stand up but falls down. I can tell he is tired. I was, too, but I had slept all day the day before yesterday. I sit down next to Ken'ichi.
"Do you need help?" I offer.
===Kirchy's POV===
"No way!" Kia says before walking away.
I looked puzzled. What is with her. I run up to Kia and stand in front of her.
"Why don't you want to go back?" I ask with a look of deep concern in my eyes.

"Do you need help?" Koda offers me help.
I tiredly nod, "Yeah, I really need help in finding a good place to sleep, I haven't slept for almost two days now..."
I can't bear to tell the truth of why I haven't slept...Heck, I didn't even told Kia why I'm so restless so much...
