The hunter gets close on me, about to thrust his spear at me...
Lucikyl, Kia sees the hunter and jump on him. She starts scratching him...That's gotta hurt...
"Ken'ichi ru-" Kia was cut off by the hunter when he threw her to the ground. Bu Kia gets up and jumps on the hunter again.
But seems like the hunter was ready for her. He got scratched again but threw her again unto the ground. I gasp when the hunter goes to thrust his spear at her. I run to her, stand over her and take the spear...
I roar in pain as the spear gets thrusted on my back, it's tip piercing my chest, missed my heart though. I look at Kia, a tear in my eyes.
"Kia...I'm sorry...run..." I mutter.
The hunter releases the spear, and I collapse. The spear thrusted in me...
OOC: I'm still alive, just mortally wounded with a spear imbedded on my back and it's sharp tip slightly showing on my chest.

The hunter threw me again unto the ground. Ken'ichi gasps when the hunter goes to thrust his spear at me. he runs to me, stands over me and takes the spear...
He roars in pain as the spear gets thrusted on his back, it's tip almost piercing his chest, missed his heart though. He looks at me, a tear in his eye.
"Kia...I'm sorry...run..." He mutters.
The hunter releases the spear, and he collapses. The spear thrusted in him...
I yell, "Nnnnnnnnnnooooooo!" I lie down next to him and cry. I don't care if the hunter kills me. All I had left to live for was Ken'ich, until now.

(Koda)
I run, looking for Devon. But I bump into Kirchy instead. We run together. We reach a meadow. We gasp as we see a hunter. And Kia crying over Ken'ichi who has a spear in his chest. I can't believe it. Ken'ichi can't go! He's my best friend! And, he's pretty good at stopping fights. I growl and attack the hunter with all my might.

I pad over to Kia and Ken'ichi. Ken'ichi is barley alive. I bow my head. What are we going to do. I turn and see Koda thrust the hunter down a hill and into a river. Koda pads up to me. We both look at Ken'ichi and let out a sigh.

Koda growls and attacks the hunter with all his might.
Kirchy pads over to Ken'ichi and me. Ken'ichi is barley alive. kirchy bows her head. Koda thrusts the hunter down a hill and into a river. Koda pads up to us. Koda and Kirchy both look at Ken'ichi and let out a sigh.
I nuzzle Ken'ichi and cry harder.

I come back to in time to feel Kia nuzzling me...Argh! This...pain...ugh...
I moarn in pain as I roll around a bit in severe pain...I manage to open my eyes slightly to see Koda, Kirchy and Kia...tears flows down my cheeks, I can't believe I'm still alive...I close my eyes again as I moarn in pain...
"Help..." I manage to say, "I need...help..."

Ken'ichi opens his eyes slightly with tears flowing down his cheeks. He moans in pain.
"Help..." he says. "I need...help..."
I'll go get Kenai," I say.
Everyone else nods. I run off, back to the path to the salmon run. I see Kenai.
"Kenai!" I cry. "Ken'ichi needs help! He got hit with a spear!"

Kenai: I sprint, hearing a loud roar of pain from one of the cubs. "Guys?!" I burst through some trees and gasp, I see a hunter in a river and rear up onto my hinds, roaring angrily as he runs, obviously being chased by Koda before. I turn back to the other cubs, where's Devon?... Koda greets me before he runs too far, I nod and follow him. I shake my head and nuzzle Ken'ichi softly. "He'll be alright.. If we can stop the bleeding.." I grab the spear and pull it from Ken'ichi's body. OOC: I've got to go now  Try not to post too much involving me. |

Kenai follows me back to the others. He pulls the spear out of Ken'ichi. What now? I know. The village! The humans there know me. Maybe they can help Ken'ichi.
I whisper to Kenai, "I know what to do. But I ahve to go with Ken'ichi only. You have to stay here and watch the others. Look for Devon."
Kenai nods. I get Ken'ichi on my back and head in the direction of the village. It isn't that far from here. I hope I get there in time to save Ken'ichi.

This pain I feel...is Death coming to take me?
"He'll be alright.. If we can stop the bleeding.." I hear Kenai's voice...I feel his teeth grabbing the spear...
I scream in pure agony as Kenai pulls the spear from my body, the pain is too much for me...I can't move...the pain is dominating me...I slightly open my eyes and look at Kia, tears rolling down my face...and her's also...
"Kia..." I whisper.
Koda comes over to me and they put me on his back...I can feel the blood coming out of me...I close my eyes and try to stay awake...but I fall unconscious...

Koda comes over to Ken'ichi and they put him on his back. Koda head to the village.
I run after him. I am not going to leave his side.

I look back at Ken'ichi. The blood is coming out fast. Wait! I remember my mom telling me about some herbs that stop bleeding. I set Ken'ichi on the ground. I search for the herbs I'm looking for. I find some and put them in my mouth. I carry them back to Ken'ichi. I chew them then spit them on Ken'ichi's wound. I rub it all around. The bleeding stops.
I turn around and gasp as I see Kia. I say, "Kia? What are you doing here? You have to go back. It's dangerous where I am going. You could be killed."
I put Ken'ichi back on my back and start walking while waiting for what Kia has to say.

Koda finds some hurbs and puts them in his mouth. He carries them back to Ken'ichi. He chews them then spit them on Ken'ichi's wound. he rubs it all around. The bleeding stops.

He puts Ken'ichi back on his back and starts walking while waiting for what I have to say.
I reply, "I am not leaving Ken'ichi's side! I do not care if it is dangerous!"

I roll my eyes, "Ok, but we're going to the village."
I see the village up ahead. Who should I go to? I know, Tanana, the village shaman. I put Ken'ichi down and turn to Kia, "Stay here. I'll be back."
