About Koda's mom being realistic. A friend of mine saw the DVD with me and said the same exact thing. She was his favorite character because he said that they made her the most realistic looking bear.

I don't know. He didn't say anything about that. I don't know the details about how big or tall a bear can get. But I did like how tall she was when she sneaked up and surprised Sitka from behind.

Yeah, that's a good size for a full grown bear... same with Tug...

Wow! Thats really big. Imagine how big Kenai can get! Since he's still a little young, he was pretty small compared to the bears that surrounded him when he first arrived at the salmon run.

You know if you have the DVD... I think it is on disc 1... I'm not sure... there's a character size comparison somewhere... You'll have to look through the bonus material...

OH WOW!!! Grizz is huge! It looks like he's twice the height of human Kenai. If he stood up.

I remember seeing some polar bears at the L.A. zoo. But I thought that was just wrong! It was very hot that day, Even I couldn't bear it. L.A. can get very hot during summer. The Polar Bear was just laying there. Didn't look like he had any energy. He just layed there, staring blankly at the bars. Aren't Polar Bears designed for the cold?

They are... you know... bears can get "overheated" coz they have so much fat and thick fur... especially polar bears...
So you know, when you see bears laying there they are not lazy, not necessary tired, but to prevent overheating... @@
PS.: getting a little off topic here...
