Life with Koda

[Nikiski]

I lie there just to relax, while I see Ken'ichi comes over and explain what Spectrue has told him. I listen attendingly. It is hard to believe that Spectrue was reincarnated and all, but it just seems to me that the little prism thing he has there around his neck has some sort of magical power. I see Kadzait's eyes fill with confusion, Ken'ichi sleeping against the wall. Kadzait walks around a few times and he lies down as well. I am the one who is the closest to the entrance of the cave. I hear Kadzait saying good night to me.

"Good night, Kadzait, sleep tight."

Watching Kadzait fall asleep, I feel tired but I don't feel sleepy at all. The wind is howling outside and it is probably too cold to take a walk. I rolled over with my belly facing upward. I look at the northern lights as they dance across the sky.

"I wish you were with me, Siraki..."

[Kanoa]

Sitting on the edge of a cliff, I looked at the Northern Lights for awhile. I gave a lonely sigh, and decided to go back to my cave to sleep. On the way, I walked passed the cave Niki was in. I over-heard what Niki said to himself and couldn't contain his curiousity. He went towards Niki and asked who was Siraki

[Truttle]

OOC: I know I said I was going to take a break earlier, but that was because my internet connection wasn't working. Now that its working I wanted to be able to say good bye to Spectrue before he left. Please don't be mad or annoyed at me for bugging like this but I think I can still make it if I hurry. DON'T BE MAD. PLEASE.

BIC: Before I head to far I look back and think. "I didn't get to thank my friends before they left. I wonder if I can still find them." I turn back and head back to the salmon run. I see Tug and ask him if he'd seen where my friends went. He told me that they rushed off to the mountains where the lights touch the earth. "The mountains! At this hour? They wouldn't go off there for no reason. Something must of happened. I'd better go to see if they're okay."

I rush off in their direction following their tracks to lead me. I was climbing the mountain. The air was getting very cold and a little windy. I followed the tracks to a weird shaped cave, an alter, on top of the mountain. I saw Nikiski at the foot of this alter. "Um... Nikiski...were you sleeping? What are you doing here on top of the mountain? Its freezing up here.

OOC: Once again I deeply apologize for my previous post and I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me and let me continue with the roleplay.

[Kanoa]

~OOC~ Now why would we be mad at you, eh?

[Nikiski]

OOC~ Truttle, don't need to say sorry, eh? That's fine with me.

BIC~

Buried deep in my thoughts, staring at the sky. Suddently I hear somebody walking towards me. My first thought is to stand up to protect my sleeping friends in the cave, but as that shadow move closer, I see Truttle and Kanoa. I sit against the wall of the cave.

"Ooh, it is you. It's cold out there, eh? Come on in."

They come in and lie down beside me, then Kanoa asks me who Siraki is... He must have overheard what I said earlier on...

"Uuh, Siraki is my older brother... and he's a spirit now..."

I look up once again at the northern lights.

[Koda]

OOC: Me and Kenai are just chillin down here! Maybe we'll see you alls later!

BIC: After a while, I begin to get tired, and Tug can see that in the eyes of a few cubs. He suggsts we wait for the rest of the stories the next night. I go and curl up by Kenai, and take one more look around before drifting off to sleep. I wonder where all our new friends have gone, but my mind is being clouded over with weariness. Kenai also lays his head down, and we both drift off to sleep.

[Kanoa]

I laid down and listened to what Niki has to say.

"Your older brother? Wow.."

I looked at the Northern Lights and turned back to Niki

"But I'm curious to know, why is he a spirit now?"

I knew something went wrong, and I wanted to know what, being a curious bear.

BIC: I come in from the cold and sit next to Nikiski and Kanoa.

OOC: Yes, perhaps it would be best if we didn't drag two important characters from a disney film into my so called 'original' story, heh...But, hey, you still had a good time rping, right!? [/img] We have absoulutly no problem with you coming to join for my farwell! Right guys? *hears silence*...Guys?! *suddenly hears Mmm-hm......'s*....o...k....then...Let's move on!

BiC: As I dream, a dark figure arises from the middle of a small area in which I am inclosed in. Everything becomes black, and I no longer am able to see. I hear foot steps, cracking the rough turf around the area. The figure rises it's grey large arm, and clenches his hand. At the sight of this, my mind and my body are numbed, and I feel nothing and see nothing. All I hear is footsteps and whishing noises. My vision between my eyelids is then lit up, and I see before me a great amount of color, nearly blinding me. The color reaches my arms and legs, spreading all over my body. My thoughts are centered on one question. What's going on?! I suddenly see all the color vanish, and my eyes open wide, though I only see and cannot control what I do. I get up from the cave on two paws, not awakening anyone. Great colors immense the entire cave like alter, hitting the fur of the other sleeping bears. My arms spread out and as I face a small wall, and there I see an indent. My body places the prism within it's space and soon, the form of the prism begins changing, as if it were being carved out magically. The prism arose in a green aura, blocking the other colors still bouncing around the walls of the cave making it look like some kind of outer space alter. The prism was placed around my neck, in thus I woke up.

I looked around, from my sleeping place, thinking I must of been dreaming. But when I got up on my fours and stretched, my prism dangled out and my eyes caught sight of it. Ken'ichi must of put it back around my neck when I was asleep...But what I saw was the form of a bear, not a deformed animal like it had been. A very sharp edged, pear shaped bear was engraved withing the sides and center of my nature prism. I looked onto the ground, seeing no snow, feeling no cold. The mountains had changed. The grass had flourished from where the snow once resided, a small water area flowing down the side of the alter. Flowers bloomed in the midist of the top of the mountain. I looked at the beautiful site. What happened? What made it change? I looked around and saw the bears still asleep and the wolf and Diamond. Diamond...was she ok? I walked steadily over not to wake anyone, and I looked at Diamond's side. She was...no longer heaving, her side was completely crystal clear, her white fur shining in replacement of the cut. What the heck happened? I nudged Diamond and she moaned. I nudged her again and she merely said "Go..." I chuckled softly, and asked her pleadingly. "Diamond? Wake up, you soccer ball of fur!" She maoned and smiled. "Spec of dust.." I finally got frustrated enough and just dragged her out, her not moving an inch. After getting her out, I tapped her on the head. "Wake up, Diamond! Your not at home!"
Her eyelids suddenly broke open, her hazel eyes peering around. She got up and looked at me, and then her pupils shortened, and her jaw dropped. "Your...your still a bear..? I thought this was a dream!"

I could tell she wanted to say nightmare, but I ignored it. "Come, let me show you something." I padded her over to the small water area, and she looked into it. "Look at your side, Diamond."

She looked, and then her eyes filled with amazement, and then it looked as though she had a flashback. She then looked at me, then at her side, and then at the ground. Confused, I know, I was too for quite a while.

"Oh Spectrum...I...I'm so glad your safe..."

"Me too...but let's not get too mushy about it, I didn't help you stay alive last night, I was taking care of...of that man... But that's besides the point, I have a lot of friends who'd like to see you wide and awake from that dreadful sight. Especially a tender hearted wolf..." I winked at her. She blinked confusingly, and then her face smiled. She must of remembered a little. I saw Kadzait do the best he could to keep her comforted, and I'd like to at least thank him, as well Diamond, for helping her. But before I could do that, I looked at my reflection once more. Something happened though. I looked at my prism, dangling from my neck slightly. But the weight of the prism fell into the water, and I yelped. "My prism!" I jumped into the water to get it before it could reach the bottom. I grasped it, and then a green aura broke through my paws. I thought for a second...then swam back up. When I came out, I spat water from the water and trotted out and shook. Diamond giggled and I asked what was so funny. "You look funny when you shake like that, it's the first time I've seen you do that before, ahhahahahahaha!!" She laughed and rolled around like it was the funniest joke ever told. I rolled my eyes, thinking now all this comotion was going to wake the others... Well, it beats walking back to the alter.

OOC: Still trying to extend my time here a bit, so keep doing whatever you wish to do. Sorry for the long posts, I just get too carried away..

[Kadzait]

A light peeks accross my eyelids, and I wearily open them. I look around to see the snows are gone, and in its place, green. Grass and bushes. I shake my head. Wasn't it just winter here last night? I stretch my muscles out, and yawned, then stood up and shook my fur out. I looked at all the sleeping bears, and noticed Truttle and Kanoa; they must've found us here when I was sleeping. I looked to the back of the cave, but the husky wasn't there. I grew a little worried, hoping she hadn't wandered away and become more hurt, then I noticed Spectrue was gone as well. I pad out into the morning sunshine, and notice the two by the water, splashing about. Curious....the husky didn't seem to be a bit hurt, and when she turned around to avoid being splashed, I noticed her side was healed. I shook my head in disbelief. Things were getting weirder and wierder each moment.

[Ken'ichi]

OOC: Not to be rude or anything, but I thought I had your prism Spec.

BIC: As I fall asleep, I kept thinking about Spectrue. Who can blame him for his actions? The bear have had it rough in the past, though I had my fair share of hard times in my past. I fall asleep and let my dreams take me away.

I see myself running, gasping for breath, as I hear voices behind me, sounds of multiple creatures chasing me. A flash takes me further in the dream as I hear myself screaming for my father, that's when I see him, trying to defend himself from four monsters. His voice echoes in my ears, "Ken'ichi...please, run...I don't want you to end up like what happened to your brother! Please, do it for me!" I see myself shaking my head, trying to tell him that I won't leave, but he kept telling me, "Please Ken'ichi, you can't stay!" I try to save him, but a spear from the sides got me, slashing me from my chest to my cheek. I see myself fall down to the snow, my father crying out to me, but I have lost consciousness. Back to my father, I see him fighting his way to me, but everything comes to an end when my father turns around to sees a hunter about thrust his spear...

My eyes shot open after that, I sit up, gasping to catch my breath. But it's already morning, and my ears catch the laughs of Diamond. I got up and padded over to them to see how she's doing. I shed a smile when I saw Diamond good as new, I wonder how did she recovered so fast. I decided to pad over them, to introduce myself to the husky.

"Hey there!" I greet them as I get closer to them.

[Spectrum]

OOC: OH! YOUR RIGHT KEN'ICHI! I'll edit it now... I'll just say "Ken'ichi must of put it around my neck so he wouldn't lose it or something" Somethin like that...Sorry! ^_^;;;; Also, I have to go outside, I'll come back in and do another post in a bit. Hopefully it won't be as long as the bill of rights...>>;

[Kadzait]

I see Ken'ichi come out of the cave, and he also notices Spectrue and the husky. He starts to pad over to them, and I catch up to my little friend as he greets Spectrue and the husky.

[Nikiski]

OOC~ ooo, this is suppose to be before all these... before Spec wakes up...

BIC~

Kanoa asks me about Siraki, I sigh.

"He was killed by a pack of humans... when trying to save me..."

I explain the story.

"We were walking through a forest. When we came up to a cliff... Siraki told me he smelt humans. I was going to stay and help him but he pushed me off... I rolled down the hill and was OK except... pain... I ran and hid myself from the humans. When I went back after the humans left, I couldn't find my brother anymore..."

I sniff through my stuffed nose, and an unexplanable soreness overcomes me.

"All right, you guys go to sleep... I'll guard the entrance."

[Diamond]

After rolling with laughter, I looked up to see a rather familiear face. It was a wolf. I jumped up and heard him greet me. A little cub padded over and said hello also. I smiled and replied.

"Hi. My name's Diamond." fixing my eyes back on Spectrum, I asked him "Well? Aren't you going to introduce me to these guys?"

Spectrum climbed out of the water and stood next to me. He told me that the wolf was the one who had saved me from dieing in the storm from my terrible cut I had. Suddenly everything flashed back. i remembered everything now.

"Oh...I..Um...Thank you, er...what's your name?"

He gave me his name.

"Wow. Nice to meet you Kadzait. Thank you, again..." I looked at the cub and he told me his name was Ken'ichi.

"Ken'ichi, glad to meet you. Spectrum, are these all your friends?"

He shook his head and pointed to the others. They seemed to be getting up and walking over as well.

"Ken'ichi helped me in the fight as well, Diamond" Spectrum tells me.

"Ah, cool! for such a little guy like you, that's awesome!" I grined. "Your one brave kid."
