I hear what Sila says. She says she met the first friends she've had in a long time. I give her a hug as she is right beside me.
"You'll always be my friend, Sila."
I smile and listens to a bear cub's story, then the salmon lands in front of Talist. I look at her and wonder what he has to say.

~OOC~ Maybe I should have a reason for my absence
Far away from the other bears, near the forest was, you-know-who (Not Lord Voldermolt mind you) was laying on a tree, snoring away because I was darn sleepy and needed a good rest
~OOC~ The last thing I would write is to put my character in a coma

OOC: Thanks Niki, I'm glad to be a part of this RP.
BIC:
I look back to see Niki and Kenai padding away from us to patrol the area and also to have a little talk I guess, then a glitter catches my eyes, figured it's Niki showing Kenai his crystal. I stop dead in my tracks when I hear Kenai scream and yell, the bear must've stepped into a trap.
"That sounded like Kenai." I hear Koda saying, "I bet he stepped into a trap." He says with a chuckle.
After a while, Niki and Kenai walk out of the forest, I glance at Koda to seem him snicker a little. We made our way to the story-telling party again. Which reminds me, what if the fish tail lands on me again?
We sit down and hear Tug welcoming everybody as he throws the fish tail to start the party. The fish tail is caught by a bear who didn't talked english, some sort of language I don't understand. I shrug as the bear starts laughing, he throws the fish tail and a bear cub catches it. I chuckle at the cub's story and he throws the fish tail along with the help of his mother. My eyes followed the fish tail to see it land close to Sila. She takes the fish, takes a deep breath and told her story. And let me tell you, it warmed my heart when Sila said she has met her first friends she had in a long time, I knew she meant us. She threw the fish tail and another cub catches it, he tells his story and throws the fish tail, only to fall right in front of Talist, I wonder what story she has in store for us.

I smile at Nikiski, very grateful for his words. "Thank you...and the same goes to you," I say honestly. And, I hope that what he says it true. I believe he means it, but I just hope there aren't any...I hope I don't mess up or anything.
I turn back to Talist, wondering as well.

OOC: Eeep, sorry about how long this thing has taken me! I really didn't mean to write this much.
BIC:
I blink when the fish tail arcs through the air to land in front of me, feeling all eyes turned expectantly in my direction. Prodding the fishy lump with one paw, I do some furious thinking. Telling my full experience here would be impossible—there are parts of it that I cannot understand yet myself--but having listened to the funny little stories of the cubs, I know that they’re not waiting for anything deeply enlightening—I hope. I decide just to try describing one of my memories for them.
“Last year in my old packlands, the winter was much more intense than usual, and there were days when the snow flew so thick about us that you couldn’t tell the difference between a wolf and a boulder, and all we could do was wait, and hope that the wind spirit would drive the storm away. And when the snowfall had passed, everything was transformed.
My pack awoke in the still time before dawn, one chill morning after a storm, to the hunting call of Faolan, our leader, whose howl cried of a great herd of caribou, the pale light of the sky and the snow glinting in many eyes and off shaggy coats. I was glad. We had not hunted for days, and I could feel the excitement growing in me as one by one, my wolf brothers and sisters lifted their voices to harmonize with his.
Have you ever run a race through deep snow? It creates a strange sensation, almost like flying, because as the snow gives way beneath you, your paws are silent, the sound is swallowed up. Together we streamed across the plains, our breath rolling in clouds before us, until in the distance we could see a great huddle of dark shapes against the horizon. Our pace quickened. When the caribou scented us, their heads rose in alarm, a thrill sending the herd into sudden motion, and the true chase began.
I remember clearly, that the sun had begun to rise, casting a strange light on wolf and caribou alike. We darted at the herd, pelting among wheeling hooves and heaving flanks, and it felt almost like a dance, though deadly serious. Finally Faolan singled out a mark.
It was an older creature, he lagged just slightly behind the rest. My brothers closed in. I ran to meet him. For just one moment, I faced the caribou, and my eyes found his. I knew then, that this was life as it was meant to be, and here we played our part. When his life ended, it would be with honor, given so that other lives could continue. It shook me, realizing that even in death, there was so much beauty to be found, and from that day, I wanted to search for it.”
The story ended, I shook my head in apology for the length of my fish tale. I’d probably sent some of the cubs to sleep, I thought wryly. Better that than telling something grim. I gripped the fish tail lightly in my teeth and sent it flying.

I listen attentively to Talist's story. The way she said it was very descriptive, as she told her story I closed my eyes and I could picture myself as taking part of her tale. I could see myself now, running through those deep snowbanks, running along Talist as her pack chases the herd of caribou. I re-open my eyes and my daydream comes to an end as Talist finishes her story and throws the fish tail high into the air. I watch it soar through the air, landing on the paws of a black bear, almost as black as me, he also had silver fur around his neck like me.
"Hey Ken'ichi, he looks just like you." I hear Koda say to me as the bear starts his story.
"Yea, he reminds me of...my brother." Doh! Now I done it.
I glance at Koda to see him looking at me in a mild shock, "You have a brother?"
I chuckled nervously, "Forget I said that, let's pay attention to his story shall we?"
Koda just kept looking at me, "Oh c'mon Ken'ichi, why didn't you told me you have a brother. What's he like? Is he older than you or younger?"
I sigh, "I just...Can we please listen to the guy."
"Pleeeeeeaase." Koda just doesn't give up.
I close my eyes and sigh, "I'm sorry Koda, I'm not in the mood to do so ok?"
Koda probably got the message, "Ok, you can tell me later."
Phew, barely avoided that one. Too bad by the time Koda stopped, the bear finished his story and threw the fish tail. I couldn't hear the bear's story, so I'll ask Niki later about it. But now that I was reminded about my brother, I began to remember a place not far from here...

I listen to Talist's story with great attention. That's rare for me to be concentrate so hard. Her story uses words that I'd never used, and the phrases are beautiful. I stun there.
After Talist has finished telling her story about what he did with his packmates, I give a pad on her back.
"Great story, Talist!"
I watch her as she throws the fish. It lands in front of a black bear cub, who looks similar Ken'ichi.
The bear cub tells a story about him and his brother chasing squirrels. I think that's really cute and lovely story.
I take a peek on what Koda and Ken'ichi are doing. Ken'ichi looks as if something's bothering him while Koda is saying something to Ken'ichi. To me they just look like they are having some sort of an argument or something. Ah well, I'll talk to them later...
I watch the fish tail flying in the air once again, and that couple of lover bears catches it.
"This year, my honey and I had the best time ever."
The male lover bear turns to the female.
"You're so gorgeous."
"No, you're gorgeous."
"You're gorgeous... er!"
Tug comments.
"Get a cave!"
Bears goes "Aaawww, so sweet."

As Talist tells her tale, I am drawn into it so much that I forget where I am at first. I can actually feel everything she is describing. The, wind, the snow, the chase. As she continues though, her pack is replaced by my old one in my mind, which stirs up a mix of pain and nostalgia, but I shove these feelings aside. As she finishes her story I feel it fading out, and I'm back where I was. I blink to get my surroundings straight, and give Talist an encouraging smile. That was nothing short of amazing.
And again, I wonder what caused her to leave such a pack. But, I know it's none of my business, and this probably isn't the place to tell, and just keep quiet. As a black bear cub who resembles Ken'ichi tells his story--go figure, one about him and his brother chasing squirrels--I notice that Ken'ichi looks troubled by something. And, what do you know, Koda seems to be trying to prod something out of him. That's probably it then. I'd be troubled if that were to happen to me. But, then I have second thoughts. Perhaps it has something to do with the cub that resembles Ken'ichi so much.
I shrug the thought off for now, as a bear couple talks about their...relationship. I roll my eyes, but can't help but to be amused by how sappy they're acting.
