Well...at least this one doesn't seem to be as weak. I still never get why males...bears, wolves or anyone like to...slap eachother and stuff. "My name, is Sila," I state in a deadpan voice, giving him a lofty expression.

OOC: Welcome, Sila!
BIC: After meeting Diamond, I look down the river a ways and see Truttle and Kanoa talking to a she wolf. I tilt my head. It had been a while since I had seen another wolf, and I ventured closer. I heard the wolf making mean comments to Truttle, and Truttle was cowering. I felt bad for him, and snorted. I wouldn't allow anyone to bug my friends like this. I figured this wolf needed some talking to.
"S'cuse me, missy," I say, coming up beside Truttle and facing the new wolf, "my, aren't you a bold one?" I smile slyly. "Usually, one makes polite conversation upon first encounters." I turn to Truttle.
"How's it going, Truttle, sleep well?" I say, slapping him lightly on the back. I turn back to the she wolf.
"Didn't catch you're name, missy." I say, still skeptical about her.

I see Truttle's look, and then merely roll my eyes. I mean, really, he doesn't have to get that upset. I was only being a little harsh.
I don't reply to Kanoa's next question, because I don't think he's talking to me. Besides, I'm only going to be here for a little while. When I see the other Wolf, I start to have second thoughts. Until, that is, he decides to try to make me look stupid. And, he called me missy! No one does that and gets away.
"Hmm...yeah, usually one does so. Just like, usually, one has the personality of a rock," I shoot back, a glare in my eyes that he probably won't even catch.
"My name? Oh! I'm so sorry for being sooo rude!" I say sarcastically, a mock look of embarrassment on my face. "I'm Sila. And you are...?"

"Kadzait." I say dryly, wondering what her problem is. She could at least try to be nice, after all. Then I think of the fact that I don't know her past, perhaps something happened in it that has caused her to be this way. I bow low, in my normal wolf greeting.
"Sorry, miss Sila, you see, I was only looking out for my friend here. I didn't mean to come across so rudely, but when others bug my friends, I need to stick up for them." I look at Sila, now with a warm smile.
"I hope you'll accept my apology." I say humbly.

I try not to blink in surprise at his apology. He seems respectful enough...but then again, it could be a trick. "Well it must be wonderful to have friends to look after," I reply calmly, looking apathetic.
Well, it can't hurt to accept his apology. It's not like he's asking me to stay there forever, so I reply, "Yeah, I'll accept it...Kadzait...or should I call you, Mr. Kadzait?" I ask, looking at him, slightly amused.

My eyes looked at Kadzait, and then looked at Sila. Rolling my eyes at the end, I went off to catch a salmon or two for Truttle and Sila.
