Me and Ken'ichi walked over to the water, and I scooped some up in my paw, then dripped it on Ken'ichi's wound. After a few scoops of water, the blood had washed out of his fur, and it looked like the bleeding was slowing, and I was glad. I had hoped that Ken'ichi's wound wasn't that serious, and I sighed with relief. Even though I barely knew him, Ken'ichi was a good friend, and I didn't want to lose him. I didn't have many cub friends, as I only saw Bucky every once in a while. I scooped another pawful of water onto Ken'ichi's head.
"Looks like it's not so bad. So, are you ready to go catch some salmon?" I asked with a grin.
OOC: wow, this roleplay's reached 15 pages! Cool!

I sat at the edge of the river with Koda dripping water on my wound, I felt like a baby cub. I had my eyes closed as Koda dripped water on me, I could've sworn it was my father doing it, it just felt like it. I opened my eyes when Koda asked me if I was ready to catch some salmon. I looked at Koda and smiled.
"You bet." I stood up and turned my back at Koda and smiled wickedly. "But first..."
With my back leg, I pushed Koda back into the water. I laughed as I ran back to the others. When I got there, Niki offered me to ride on his back. I looked at him, nodded and jumped on his back...What's with the special treatment? Oh well.
OOC: I gotta go for now, I'll be back later tonight.

Ken'ichi hopped up, then glanced back at me wryly. Suddenly he pushed me into the water. Laughing as I came up for the second time today, I chased after my friend, but saw he was climbing on Nikiski's back. I grinned. 'I'll get him later' I thought with a laugh. I padded over to Kenai, each footstep making a squishy noise.
"Hey Kenai!" I call, "How 'bout a ride?" I ask with a large smile.

I look at Koda, sopping wet as he asks for a ride. Now I wasn't about to go getting myself all wet to be this cub's transportation.
"Are you kidding?" I said, "You're soaking wet! Maybe when you've dried off a little!" I see his eyes grow big. Ah, now he's trying to play the guilt trip game. Won't work.
"Not working, buddy." I say. Koda rolls his eyes and laughs, and we start on our way to the salmon run.

After a while everyone treated their wounds, and the cubs were playing and laughing happily, it seemed like we were all ready to go.
OOC: We are now in the longest roleplay by passing the other one. Lets keep it up.
My little brother keeps pestering me to let him use the computer, so I'll have to come back later.

I watched as everyone was readying for departure once again, Ken'ichi improving his mood, with the special treatment of course. (  ) As we walked along, Ken'ichi on Niki's back, we began to all get better moods. Suddenly, Niki suggested that Koda sing a song. I prepared myself for an annoyance, but instead, it was rather calming. It was fun too. As they were singing, I learned the lyrics a bit and I sung a little. " Tell everybody I'm on my way, And I'm lovin' every step I take, With the sun beating down, yes I'm on my way, And I can't keep this smile off my face!" I laughed with my voice singin'. I wasn't that bad, but I considered myself pretty bad when I tried singin alone. It made me feel embarrased to sing in front of others, but I think I felt better and sang better. I awaited the next lyric from someone else. But wait, how did I know this song? Oh that's right, I remember Diamond telling me one day back from one of her visits to the bears in the northern regions... She sang it pretty well... |

BIC: How long has it been since I haven't been carried on another's back? I was too young to even remember the last time I was carried. It felt nice riding on Niki's back, I've forgotten how nice it is to have someone carry you. I rested my head on Niki and closed my eyes, I felt so warm being on Niki's back, not the normal warmth I feel when I'm walking.
"You're so warm..." I whispered to myself as I rested my head on Niki.
I practically fell asleep, but I opened my eyes slightly when Koda started singing. I sat up when Niki started singing too, then Spectrue continued. I chuckled, but I see Kenai's uninterested look on his face. I laid back down on Niki and I couldn't help but close my eyes. I wish you were all here...

We walk along with Kenichi on Nikiski's back. Then Nikiski suggests that we sing a song. Koda starts it off, Nikiski continues, then Spectrue joins in. I suppose since they know each other, they know this song. I find it very catchy and I started bobbing my head from side to side in tune with the song. Soon I was humming along with the song.
